# REA: Let Claude Code Explain How an App Works #ClaudeCode #AIAgents #ReverseEngineering

REA helps AI coding agents inspect apps and explain how their features work, even without the original source code. Get REA: https://github.com/morluto/rea REA stands for Reverse Engineer Anything. It connects coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor to tools that inspect software and return findings with evidence.

## Description

Your agent can use those findings to explain a feature or help build a similar feature in your project. Setup: 1. Install a supported version of Node.js and npm. Check the repo for the current requirements. 2. Run: npx rea-agents setup 3. Choose your agent, review and approve the changes, then restart your agent.
