# This AI Agent Reverse Engineered My Game in Minutes!

A walkthrough using OpenCode with the REA (Reverse Engineer Anything) MCP to analyze a compiled .NET game DLL (RGRunner.dll) belonging to the author, generate a patched copy and test the modified behaviour, covering REA installation, MCP health checks and AI-driven analysis.

## Description

The video demonstrates installing REA MCP, connecting it to OpenCode, verifying tool availability and dependencies, then having an AI agent reverse engineer the author's own compiled .NET game assembly. It shows how the agent analyzes the DLL, produces a patched version, and tests the resulting behaviour (e.g. unlimited tokens) in an authorized lab, ending with security lessons for developers and a link to the REA GitHub repository.

## Original README

This AI Agent Reverse Engineered My Game in Minutes!

What happens when you give an AI agent a compiled game file and ask it to reverse engineer the game's logic?

In this video, I put OpenCode + REA (Reverse Engineering Anything) MCP to the test using my own game, RG Runner. Instead of opening the game's source code, I use an AI agent to analyze the compiled RGRunner.dll, generate a patched copy, and test the result.

🔥 What you'll learn:
- How AI-powered reverse engineering works
- What REA (Reverse Engineering Anything) MCP is and how it works
- How to install REA and connect it to OpenCode
- How to check MCP tool availability and dependencies
- How an AI agent analyzes a compiled .NET game assembly
- How AI generates a modified DLL for an authorized test
- How the patched game behaves when tested
- Important security lessons for software developers
