A disabled cask cannot be installed or upgraded at all — `brew upgrade` skips it before `--greedy` is even considered, and `brew install` raises outright, with no flag or environment variable to override. They are adopted here verbatim from homebrew/cask, with only the `disable!` stanza removed. Upstream still ships these unsigned or un-notarized, so **Gatekeeper will block them**. Approve the app on first launch under **System Settings → Privacy & Security**, or install with `--no-quarantine` if you accept the risk of skipping that check.
